Deposit policy for tattoo appointments

A deposit reserves your appointment and protects the time devoted to preparing your tattoo.

To secure an appointment, deposits typically range from $100 to $200 or more depending on the tattoo’s size and complexity. Please confirm your required deposit with Anna before sending payment. Depending on the arrangements you make together, deposits may be paid in person, by phone, through an emailed invoice, or through Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

Deposit terms

Non-refundable and non-transferable: Once paid, a deposit cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or artist. It will be applied to the final session of your tattoo.

Rescheduling: Please give Anna at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Insufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

When a deposit may be forfeited

  • Insufficient rescheduling notice: Providing less than 72 hours’ notice.
  • Significant design changes: Changing the subject or requesting multiple alterations that require a full redraw after design development has begun.
  • Tardiness: Arriving more than 15 minutes late and disrupting other scheduled appointments.
  • Excessive rescheduling: Repeatedly rescheduling may require a new deposit.
  • Switching artists: Changing artists after the deposit has been paid.
  • Being unfit to tattoo: Arriving under the influence, sunburned, or without valid state- or federally-issued photo identification.
  • Extended lapse in contact: Failing to reschedule or remain in contact for more than three months.

Important notes

Deposits are final, cannot be transferred to another person or artist, and can only be applied to the final session of the agreed tattoo project. They are not refundable.

Deposits protect the time, effort, and creativity invested in developing custom artwork. Thank you for understanding and respecting the preparation involved.
