booking fee
This page describes the terms of the booking fee. You cannot secure an appointment to get tattooed without agreeing to the terms herein. By paying your invoice online or in the shop, you are stating that you agree to the terms listed herein. I will have linked to this page in your invoice and stated the same there.
By paying the invoice you are agreeing to the terms of the fee stated here:
The amount of your booking fee will be determined by your artist and is under all circumstances considered non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Non-transferrable: You may not use this fee with another artist. Another person aside from yourself may not use this fee to get tattooed instead.
The fee you put down to book will come off the final session of your tattoo, should your tattoo be multiple sessions.
You will not see the drawing before the appointment - I draw for clients the weekend before their appointment. Because of this I’ll ask you do be very specific about your design. I draw on an iPad so small changes are fast and easy to make. I always book extra time in case changes are needed.
If you need to reschedule it needs to be done via email.
Messages via instagram, facebook, twitter, or leaving a message on an answering machine, will be considered invalid and will result in a forfeiture of your fee.
The final cost of the tattoo may or may not be determined before starting a project. By paying this deposit you are stating that you understand your tattoo may be priced at an hourly rate or at a flat rate, and you agree to pay the artist in full for the project
Your fee may be forfeit for any of the following conditions:
Failing to show up, call, or email in advance.
Showing up 15 minutes or more late for your appointment without calling
Less than 72 hours’ notice for rescheduling
Rescheduling multiple times.
Drastic changes in idea/design/placement/size/budget.
Arriving sunburned, intoxicated, or hung over
Arriving without government issued photo ID.
Failing to disclose medical conditions ahead of time, including illness associated with COVID-19 and failing to social distance.
Attempting to reschedule using any other method other than emailing the artist or using the online booking.
The artist retains the right to make any exception based on her own discretion, and the artist retains the right to refuse service at any time.
If your booking fee isn’t paid within 3 days from the time it was sent, your appointment time slot cannot be held and will be cancelled.
